基于再保險補貼的農(nóng)業(yè)保險制度模式探討

A policy agricultural insurance model centered around a top-down policy subsidized reinsurance system can effec- tively solve the problems of subsidy for agricultural insurance,regionalization of agricultural insurance and spread of agricul- tural insurance risks.This paper proposed on solutions for issues such as fiscal obligation,legislation,selection of types of subsidy and selection of subsidized types of agricultural products.
