【摘要】：當前我國土地城鎮(zhèn)化超前發(fā)展的大背景下,從人口城鎮(zhèn)化與土地城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的視角研究城鎮(zhèn)化效率具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。文章以甘肅省12個地級市為研究對象,選用DEA模型從人口與土地城鎮(zhèn)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的視角評價城鎮(zhèn)化動態(tài)效率和靜態(tài)效率,并建立面板Tobit回歸模型分析城鎮(zhèn)化靜態(tài)效率的影響因素。結(jié)論表明,2009—2014年12個城市整體城鎮(zhèn)化效率年均下降9.5%,其中在2014年有7個城市屬于非DEA有效發(fā)展類型;經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平、外資利用規(guī)模變量對城鎮(zhèn)化綜合效率并未表現(xiàn)出顯著影響,城市規(guī)模與城鎮(zhèn)化綜合效率呈現(xiàn)"U"型曲線關(guān)系,金融發(fā)展程度、第二產(chǎn)業(yè)比重和第三產(chǎn)業(yè)比重與城鎮(zhèn)化綜合效率正相關(guān),投資率、產(chǎn)權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)變量與城鎮(zhèn)化綜合效率負相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the advanced development of land urbanization in China, it is of great practical significance to study the efficiency of urbanization from the perspective of coordinated development of population urbanization and land urbanization. Taking 12 prefectural cities in Gansu Province as the research object, this paper selects the DEA model to evaluate the dynamic and static efficiency of urbanization from the perspective of coordinated development of population and land urbanization. And the panel Tobit regression model is established to analyze the influencing factors of urbanization static efficiency. The results show that the overall urbanization efficiency of 12 cities decreased by 9.5% from 2009 to 2014, among which 7 cities belong to the non-DEA efficient development type in 2014. The level of economic development and the scale of utilization of foreign capital have no significant effect on the comprehensive efficiency of urbanization. The relationship between urban scale and comprehensive efficiency of urbanization is "U" curve, and the degree of financial development is the same. The proportion of the secondary industry and the tertiary industry are positively related to the comprehensive efficiency of urbanization, while the investment rate and the property right structure variable are negatively related to the comprehensive efficiency of urbanization.
