【摘要】：1998年習(xí)近平同志撰文指出"高度資本化的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)就是資本主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)",繼而詳細(xì)闡述了對(duì)發(fā)展社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的再認(rèn)識(shí)。這一觀點(diǎn)的理論貢獻(xiàn)在于:在實(shí)現(xiàn)"四個(gè)全面"戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)過程中,用"中國(guó)話語"解釋"中國(guó)成就"并體現(xiàn)"中國(guó)特色",批判當(dāng)前中國(guó)的發(fā)展成就是在"西方話語"指導(dǎo)下取得的錯(cuò)誤認(rèn)識(shí);深入澄清資本主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)區(qū)別,繼承經(jīng)典馬克思理論對(duì)西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)批判的科學(xué)性,駁斥市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)"中性論"等錯(cuò)誤觀點(diǎn);最終,基于近30年的發(fā)展實(shí)踐,總結(jié)"中國(guó)話語"為系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)做出的理論貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:In 1998, Comrade Xi Jinping pointed out that "a highly capitalized market economy is a capitalist market economy", and then expounded in detail the re-understanding of the development of a socialist market economy. The theoretical contribution of this view lies in: in the process of realizing the "four comprehensive" strategic goals, "Chinese discourse" is used to explain "Chinese achievements" and embody "Chinese characteristics". Criticizing the current achievements of China's development is a misconception under the guidance of "Western discourse"; It clarifies the essential difference between capitalist market economy and socialist market economy, inherits the scientific nature of the criticism of western economics by classical Marx's theory, and refutes the erroneous views such as "neutral theory" of market economy. Finally, based on the development practice of nearly 30 years, this paper summarizes the theoretical contribution of "Chinese discourse" to the systematic construction of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics.
