【摘要】：食品安全治理是國家治理現(xiàn)代化的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)節(jié),關(guān)系國計(jì)民生,意義重大。當(dāng)前中國食品安全治理總體良好,但面臨六大困境。新加坡法治型食品安全治理模式包括重視進(jìn)口食品的管理,重視小販中心管理,重視日常食品企業(yè)分級管理。其對中國食品安全治理具有借鑒意義:嚴(yán)格依法治理;實(shí)施食品召回制度;構(gòu)建社會協(xié)同治理體系;重視對食品企業(yè)生產(chǎn)人員的培訓(xùn)和體檢;建立對食品企業(yè)誠信等級積分制度;合理城市規(guī)劃,借鑒新加坡食閣模式。
[Abstract]:Food safety management is the basic link of the modernization of national governance, and it is of great significance to the national economy and people's livelihood. At present, China's food safety management is generally good, but faced with six major dilemmas. Singapore's rule-of-law food safety management model includes attaching importance to the management of imported food, the management of hawker center, and the grading management of daily food enterprises. It can be used for reference in food safety management in China: strict management according to law; implementation of food recall system; construction of social coordination governance system; emphasis on training and physical examination of food enterprise production personnel; Establish credit grade integral system for food enterprises; reasonable urban planning, learn from Singapore food cabinet model.
