【摘要】：本文通過回顧蘇南城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展,總結"產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)"要素經(jīng)歷了"產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)無序——產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)分離——產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)磨合——產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合"四個發(fā)展階段,深入剖析當前多數(shù)城鎮(zhèn)面臨的"產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)"要素失調(diào)困境。建構產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合的理論框架,提出"產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)空間、人居生活"三者構成了產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合的核心要素,確立"以產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為動力,以城鎮(zhèn)空間為載體,以人居生活為核心"的產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合發(fā)展內(nèi)涵及模式,并以昆山市千燈鎮(zhèn)產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合實踐為例,開展產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合策略的應用研究。
[Abstract]:By reviewing the development of towns in southern Jiangsu, this paper summarizes that the elements of "production towns" have gone through four stages of development: disorderly production towns, separation of production towns, run-in of production towns and integration of production towns. In-depth analysis of the current majority of towns are faced with "production town" factors imbalance dilemma. This paper constructs the theoretical framework of the integration of production and town, puts forward that "industrial development, urban space and human life" constitute the core elements of the integration of production and town, and establishes that "take the industrial development as the motive force and the urban space as the carrier," Taking the residential life as the core, the connotation and mode of the integration development of the production towns and towns, and taking the practice of the production towns of Qiandang Town in Kunshan City as an example, the application research of the production town fusion strategy is carried out.
