【摘要】：改革開放以來,江西省經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速,城市化建設(shè)不斷加快,城市規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大,城鄉(xiāng)居民的收入水平獲得了顯著提高。然而,在城市化不斷提高和城鄉(xiāng)居民收入不斷增長的背后還存在一些問題,主要表現(xiàn)為:在城市化方面,江西省城市化水平落后于全國平均水平,各地市城市化水平差距比較大,城市聚集和輻射能力不強(qiáng);在居民收入方面,農(nóng)村居民收入增長幅度落后于城市居民收入增長,城鄉(xiāng)之間還存在較大的收入差距。通過研究江西省城市化與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的相互關(guān)系,不僅可以豐富現(xiàn)有的研究成果,而且可以為江西省乃至中部地區(qū)實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供參考。本文首先在梳理國內(nèi)外學(xué)者研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,以二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)理論、人口流動(dòng)理論以及庫茲涅茨理論為依托,定性研究了城市化與城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的相互關(guān)系。之后,考察了江西省城市化和城鄉(xiāng)收入的現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,并借助計(jì)量模型實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)了二者的作用關(guān)系。通過對江西省城市化和城鄉(xiāng)居民收入現(xiàn)狀、存在問題以及實(shí)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,本文的研究結(jié)論認(rèn)為,城市化水平、二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)以及政府行為是影響江西省城鄉(xiāng)收入差距的重要因素,江西省城市化發(fā)展對城鄉(xiāng)收入差距產(chǎn)生了擴(kuò)大效應(yīng),而二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)減弱以及政府行為可以有效縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距。最后在理論分析和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)江西省的實(shí)際情況,提出了加快城市化建設(shè)以及縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距的四點(diǎn)建議。一是以科學(xué)發(fā)展觀引導(dǎo)城市化建設(shè);二是著力打造具有江西特色的城市群;三是發(fā)展特色農(nóng)業(yè)和現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè);四是增加政府對農(nóng)村地區(qū)的資源投入。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the economy of Jiangxi Province has developed rapidly, the construction of urbanization has been accelerated, the scale of the city has been expanded, and the income level of urban and rural residents has been significantly improved. However, there are still some problems behind the increasing urbanization and the increasing income of urban and rural residents. The main manifestations are: in terms of urbanization, the urbanization level of Jiangxi Province lags behind the national average. The disparity of urbanization level between different cities is large, and the ability of city aggregation and radiation is not strong; In terms of residents' income, the increase rate of rural residents' income lags behind that of urban residents' income, and there is still a large income gap between urban and rural areas. By studying the relationship between urbanization and urban-rural income gap in Jiangxi Province, we can not only enrich the existing research results, but also provide a reference for the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Jiangxi Province and even the central region. Based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars, this paper studies the relationship between urbanization and urban-rural income gap qualitatively on the basis of dual economic structure theory, population flow theory and Kuznets theory. Then, the present situation and problems of urbanization and urban-rural income in Jiangxi Province are investigated, and the relationship between them is tested by econometric model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of urbanization and income of urban and rural residents in Jiangxi Province, the existing problems and empirical results, the conclusion of this paper is that the level of urbanization, The dual economic structure and government behavior are the important factors that affect the income gap between urban and rural areas in Jiangxi Province, and the urbanization of Jiangxi Province has an expanding effect on the income gap between urban and rural areas. But the dual economic structure weakens and the government behavior can effectively narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. Finally, on the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, according to the actual situation of Jiangxi Province, this paper puts forward four suggestions to accelerate the construction of urbanization and narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents. The first is to guide the urbanization construction with the scientific development view; the second is to build the urban agglomeration with Jiangxi characteristics; the third is to develop characteristic agriculture and modern agriculture; the fourth is to increase the government's resource investment in rural areas.
