【摘要】：隨著目前我國就業(yè)問題日趨嚴峻,大學畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)成本問題日益突出。基于國內(nèi)外文獻的梳理,本研究聚焦大學生就業(yè)成本,探索性地提出大學生就業(yè)成本包含五個維度,并選取廣東省為例,調(diào)查分析大學生就業(yè)成本的現(xiàn)狀及主要問題,試圖尋求控制和降低就業(yè)成本的有效方法。研究結(jié)論為政府相關(guān)部門和各高校緩解就業(yè)成本給大學生及其家庭和社會帶來的壓力,提升大學生就業(yè)效率提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly serious employment problem in our country, the employment cost of college graduates is becoming more and more serious. Based on the domestic and foreign literature, this study focuses on the employment cost of college students, and puts forward that the employment cost of college students includes five dimensions, and selects Guangdong Province as an example to investigate and analyze the current situation and main problems of the employment cost of college students. This paper tries to find an effective way to control and reduce the cost of employment. The conclusion of the study provides an important reference for the government departments and universities to alleviate the pressure of employment costs on college students and their families and society and to improve the employment efficiency of college students.
