【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化所導致的城市空間蔓延產(chǎn)生了一系列環(huán)境、社會問題。這對我國城市空間增長的定量管理提出了要求。根植于美國的"精明增長理論"對于我國城市空間生長具有一定啟示,但并未基于我國城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀確定測量和評估標準。本文在梳理國內(nèi)外城市空間增長相關(guān)研究進展的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國36個省會城市和計劃單列市2010~2015年的發(fā)展狀況進行分析,運用主成份分析、相關(guān)分析、散點分析的方法構(gòu)建我國城市空間生長模型,并對生長模型的進化情況進行研究,確定我國城市空間生長的精明點,以作為引導我國城市空間合理生長的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid urbanization caused by the spread of urban space has produced a series of environmental and social problems. This has put forward the request to the quantitative management of the urban space growth in our country. The "smart growth theory", rooted in the United States, has some implications for the urban spatial growth in China, but it does not determine the measurement and evaluation criteria based on the present situation of urban development in China. On the basis of combing the related research progress of urban spatial growth at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development of 36 provincial capitals and planned cities from 2010 to 2015, and applies principal component analysis and correlation analysis. The method of scattered point analysis is used to construct the urban spatial growth model of our country, and the evolution of the growth model is studied to determine the shrewd point of the urban spatial growth of our country, so as to guide the rational growth of the urban space of our country.
