【摘要】：快速城鎮(zhèn)化所導(dǎo)致的城市空間蔓延產(chǎn)生了一系列環(huán)境、社會(huì)問題。這對(duì)我國(guó)城市空間增長(zhǎng)的定量管理提出了要求。根植于美國(guó)的"精明增長(zhǎng)理論"對(duì)于我國(guó)城市空間生長(zhǎng)具有一定啟示,但并未基于我國(guó)城市發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀確定測(cè)量和評(píng)估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文在梳理國(guó)內(nèi)外城市空間增長(zhǎng)相關(guān)研究進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)我國(guó)36個(gè)省會(huì)城市和計(jì)劃單列市2010~2015年的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行分析,運(yùn)用主成份分析、相關(guān)分析、散點(diǎn)分析的方法構(gòu)建我國(guó)城市空間生長(zhǎng)模型,并對(duì)生長(zhǎng)模型的進(jìn)化情況進(jìn)行研究,確定我國(guó)城市空間生長(zhǎng)的精明點(diǎn),以作為引導(dǎo)我國(guó)城市空間合理生長(zhǎng)的依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The rapid urbanization caused by the spread of urban space has produced a series of environmental and social problems. This has put forward the request to the quantitative management of the urban space growth in our country. The "smart growth theory", rooted in the United States, has some implications for the urban spatial growth in China, but it does not determine the measurement and evaluation criteria based on the present situation of urban development in China. On the basis of combing the related research progress of urban spatial growth at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the development of 36 provincial capitals and planned cities from 2010 to 2015, and applies principal component analysis and correlation analysis. The method of scattered point analysis is used to construct the urban spatial growth model of our country, and the evolution of the growth model is studied to determine the shrewd point of the urban spatial growth of our country, so as to guide the rational growth of the urban space of our country.
