【摘要】：目前我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)供需失衡傾向明顯,面臨著"次級產(chǎn)品堆積與有效需求消減、有效供給不足和優(yōu)質(zhì)性缺失、供需實(shí)差損耗及其負(fù)面轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng)"等問題;主要是由社會生產(chǎn)過程中的失衡狀態(tài)所致,表現(xiàn)為"資本主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的生產(chǎn)特性隱現(xiàn)、開放市場環(huán)境下各部門競爭及其后果、資本霸權(quán)場域中道德話語權(quán)弱化"等;新形勢下,以"供方規(guī)制和買方導(dǎo)向"推動供需的結(jié)構(gòu)性優(yōu)化,并從"思維理念再造、大數(shù)據(jù)匹配、合理化分配"等方向加強(qiáng)市場的戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)適,促進(jìn)市場供需的高效對接。
[Abstract]:At present, the imbalance between supply and demand of socialist market economy in China is obvious, which is faced with the problems of "the accumulation of secondary products and the reduction of effective demand, the shortage of effective supply and the lack of quality, the loss of supply and demand and its negative transfer effect". It is mainly caused by the unbalanced state in the process of social production, such as "the production characteristic of capitalist market economy is concealed, the competition of various departments and its consequences under the open market environment, the weakening of moral discourse in the field of capital hegemony" and so on. Under the new situation, the structural optimization of supply and demand should be promoted by "supply-side regulation and buyer orientation", and the strategic adjustment of market should be strengthened in the direction of "thinking concept reengineering, big data matching and rational distribution", so as to promote the efficient docking of market supply and demand.
