【摘要】：近年來,生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的進(jìn)程可謂喜憂參半。一方面,城市建設(shè)進(jìn)程朝著"生態(tài)城市"的目標(biāo)快速推進(jìn),"生態(tài)城市"成為城市建設(shè)與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的必選模式,一些城市已開始探索立法推進(jìn)生態(tài)城市建設(shè);另一方面,在生態(tài)城市建設(shè)過程中遇到困境,出現(xiàn)定位不明確、為政績工程而建、缺乏指標(biāo)體系、規(guī)劃不當(dāng)、生態(tài)文化建設(shè)滯后、缺乏法律保障等一系列新問題。如何擺脫困境,成為亟待解決的問題。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the progress of ecological city construction can be described as mixed. On the one hand, the process of urban construction is rapidly advancing towards the goal of "ecological city", and "ecological city" has become the necessary mode of urban construction and urbanization. Some cities have begun to explore legislation to promote the construction of ecological city; on the other hand, In the process of eco-city construction, a series of new problems appeared, such as unclear orientation, lack of index system, improper planning, lag of ecological culture construction, lack of legal guarantee and so on. How to get rid of the predicament has become an urgent problem to be solved.
