【摘要】：水是區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展不可或缺的資源,同時(shí)也是城市形成和發(fā)展的最基礎(chǔ)條件,一定程度上決定了區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展質(zhì)量與規(guī)模。該文從經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、水資源、生態(tài)環(huán)境四個(gè)方面構(gòu)建城市群水資源承載力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用基于熵權(quán)的集對(duì)分析法對(duì)我國(guó)西北地區(qū)城市群水資源承載力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果表明:2006—2014年我國(guó)西北地區(qū)城市群水資源承載力不斷提升,除克拉瑪依、吐魯番外,群內(nèi)其余城市水資源承載力均有所改善;關(guān)中—天水、蘭白西城市群水資源承載力較高,水資源條件較好但經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)條件較差,水資源有可開(kāi)發(fā)空間,經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展?jié)摿^大;酒嘉玉、銀川平原、天山北坡城市群水資源承載力較低,水資源條件較差,而經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)條件相對(duì)較高,在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中需重點(diǎn)關(guān)注水資源的可持續(xù)開(kāi)發(fā)利用問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:Water is not only an indispensable resource for regional economic and social development, but also the most basic condition for the formation and development of cities. To a certain extent, it determines the quality and scale of regional economic development. In this paper, the evaluation index system of water resources carrying capacity of urban agglomeration is constructed from four aspects of economy, society, water resources and ecological environment, and the comprehensive evaluation of water resources carrying capacity of urban agglomeration in northwest China is carried out by means of set pair analysis method based on entropy weight. The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration in northwest China from 2006 to 2014 is increasing, except for Karamay and Turpan, the water resources carrying capacity of the other cities in the group has been improved. The water resources carrying capacity of Lanbexi urban agglomeration is high, the water resources condition is good, but the economic and social conditions are poor, the water resources have the space to be developed, and the economic and social development potential is great; Jiu Jiayu, Yinchuan Plain, The water resources carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration on the northern slope of Tianshan Mountain is low, the water resources condition is poor, but the economic and social conditions are relatively high, so the sustainable development and utilization of water resources should be paid more attention to in the process of economic and social development.
