【摘要】：正2015年8月,國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《整合建立統(tǒng)一的公共資源交易平臺(tái)工作方案》,要求各級(jí)政府整合分散設(shè)立的工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目招標(biāo)投標(biāo)、土地使用權(quán)和礦業(yè)權(quán)出讓、國(guó)有產(chǎn)權(quán)交易、政府采購(gòu)等交易平臺(tái),在統(tǒng)一的平臺(tái)體系上實(shí)現(xiàn)信息和資源共享,依法推進(jìn)公共資源交易高效規(guī)范運(yùn)行。同時(shí)還要求,2017年6月底前,在全國(guó)范圍形成規(guī)則統(tǒng)一、公開(kāi)透明、服務(wù)高效、監(jiān)督規(guī)范的公共資源交易平臺(tái)體系,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)公共資源交易全過(guò)程電子化。
[Abstract]:In August 2015, the General Office of the State Council issued the "work Plan for integrating and establishing a Unified Public Resource Trading platform," which requires governments at all levels to integrate the bidding and bidding of decentralized construction projects, the transfer of land use rights and mining rights. The transaction platform of state-owned property right and government procurement realizes information and resource sharing on the unified platform system, and promotes the efficient and standardized operation of public resource transaction according to law. At the same time, by the end of June 2017, the system of public resource trading platform with uniform rules, transparency, efficient service and standard supervision should be formed in the whole country, and the whole process of public resource transaction can be basically realized electronically.
