【摘要】：冷鏈物流的產(chǎn)生及日益興盛既為物流業(yè)發(fā)展提供了前所未有的機(jī)遇,同時(shí)又對(duì)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局提出了更高的要求。如何提升冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率成為各大物流公司競(jìng)爭(zhēng)致勝的重要內(nèi)容,而冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心運(yùn)營(yíng)效率的提高主要取決于倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局的不斷改進(jìn)和優(yōu)化。本文以A公司7號(hào)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心為研究對(duì)象,在借鑒現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合冷鏈物流發(fā)展的特質(zhì)和7號(hào)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)其冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局存在作業(yè)流程銜接不當(dāng)、功能區(qū)劃分不完善及平面布局欠科學(xué)等問(wèn)題;在對(duì)有關(guān)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行深入分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,即利用SLP-系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)法對(duì)作業(yè)流程、功能區(qū)和平面布局三方面進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),生成了適合A公司7號(hào)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局的三套優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方案;然后,利用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法對(duì)所形成的布局方案進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)與選擇,最終得出適用于A公司7號(hào)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心的最優(yōu)布局方案;最后,從提高物流管理水平、完善基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施設(shè)備及提升冷鏈專業(yè)人員素養(yǎng)三方面提出了實(shí)施優(yōu)化方案的相關(guān)保障措施,以期能有效提升A公司冷鏈物流的運(yùn)作能力,確保各作業(yè)環(huán)節(jié)、功能區(qū)域被高效利用,提高冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心的運(yùn)營(yíng)效率。本研究所得結(jié)論將為我國(guó)冷鏈物流倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)中心布局優(yōu)化研究提供具有借鑒意義和參考價(jià)值的研究思路。
[Abstract]:The emergence and prosperity of cold chain logistics not only provide an unprecedented opportunity for the development of logistics industry, but also put forward higher requirements for the layout of cold chain logistics storage center. How to improve the operation efficiency of cold chain logistics storage center has become an important content for the major logistics companies to win the competition, and the improvement of the operation efficiency of cold chain logistics storage center mainly depends on the continuous improvement and optimization of the storage center layout. This paper takes the cold chain logistics warehouse center of A company No. 7 as the research object, on the basis of drawing lessons from the existing research results, combining the characteristics of the cold chain logistics development and the development status quo of the cold chain logistics storage center, the paper analyzes the current situation of the cold chain logistics storage center. It is found that the layout of cold chain logistics storage center has some problems, such as improper linking of operation flow, imperfect division of functional areas and unscientific plane layout, etc. In order to optimize the layout of cold chain logistics storage center, the SLP- system layout design method is used to optimize the operation flow, function area and plane layout. Three sets of optimal design schemes suitable for the layout of the cold chain logistics storage center of company A No. 7 are generated, and then the layout scheme is evaluated and selected by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the optimal layout scheme for the cold chain logistics storage center of company A No. 7 is obtained. Finally, from improving the level of logistics management, In order to improve the operation ability of cold chain logistics of company A, and to ensure the efficient use of each operation link and functional area, three aspects of improving infrastructure equipment and enhancing the quality of cold chain professionals are put forward to ensure the implementation of the optimized scheme, and the relevant safeguard measures are put forward in order to effectively enhance the operation ability of the cold chain logistics of Company A. Improve the operation efficiency of cold chain logistics storage center. The conclusion of this study will provide reference and reference ideas for the research on the layout optimization of cold chain logistics storage center in China.
