【摘要】：今年以來,面對復雜多變的國內(nèi)外形勢,各地區(qū)、各部門按照黨中央、國務院的決策部署,堅持穩(wěn)中求進工作總基調(diào),堅持以新發(fā)展理念引領經(jīng)濟發(fā)展新常態(tài),堅持以提高發(fā)展質量和效益為中心,堅持以推進供給側結構性改革為主線,適度擴大總需求,有效引導社會預期,深入實施創(chuàng)新驅動,妥善應對風險挑戰(zhàn),我國經(jīng)濟社會保持了平穩(wěn)健康可持續(xù)發(fā)展的良好態(tài)勢,鞏固了去年下半年以來平穩(wěn)增長的勢頭并持續(xù)向好。為使社會各界全面、正確認識當前經(jīng)濟形勢,為黨的十九大營造良好的輿論氛圍,自本期起刊發(fā)來自國家發(fā)展改革委的系列專稿。
[Abstract]:Since the beginning of this year, in the face of the complex and changeable domestic and foreign situation, all regions and departments have followed the party Central Committee and the State Council's decision-making arrangements, insisted on the overall tone of seeking progress in a steady and steady manner, and insisted on guiding the economic development in a new normal with a new development concept. We should focus on improving the quality and efficiency of development, take advancing supply-side structural reforms as the main line, appropriately expand aggregate demand, effectively guide social expectations, thoroughly implement innovation-driven efforts, and properly respond to risk challenges. China's economy and society have maintained a good situation of steady, healthy and sustainable development, which has consolidated the steady growth momentum since the second half of last year and continued to improve. In order to comprehensively understand the current economic situation and create a good atmosphere of public opinion for the Party's 19th CPC National Congress, a series of special articles from the State Development and Reform Commission have been published since this issue.
