【摘要】：基于理論推演法,選取用以評判食品安全監(jiān)管質(zhì)量的相關(guān)指標(biāo),進(jìn)而構(gòu)建評判體系。結(jié)合上述評判體系,利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)層次分析法構(gòu)建食品安全監(jiān)管評價(jià)模型,通過德爾菲專家調(diào)查法和Super Decision軟件確定各指標(biāo)的對應(yīng)權(quán)重,為提升食品安全治理能力和保障水平提供一定的理論基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical deduction, this paper selects the relevant indexes to judge the quality of food safety supervision, and then constructs the evaluation system. Combined with the above evaluation system, the evaluation model of food safety supervision is constructed by using the network analytic hierarchy process, and the corresponding weights of each index are determined by Delphi expert investigation method and Super decision software. To improve the ability of food safety management and provide a certain theoretical basis for the level of security.
