【摘要】：遙感和地理信息相結(jié)合是實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)變化快速、空間分布范圍廣的城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確監(jiān)測(cè)的最佳手段之一。獲取城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),把握城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展的空間分異特征及城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)特征,揭示城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展與耕地保護(hù)之間矛盾有助于政府管理部門做出正確的決策。以高分衛(wèi)星影像為主要數(shù)據(jù)源,結(jié)合土地利用數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)甘肅省87個(gè)主要城(市)鎮(zhèn)2008~2014年城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)監(jiān)測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明:甘肅省城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展較快,城(市)鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展面積達(dá)232.01km~2,擴(kuò)展強(qiáng)度為25.3%;城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展空間分異大,位于河西綠洲區(qū)、蘭白城鎮(zhèn)帶以及隴東能源基地的經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)好,交通要道沿線的城(市)鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展迅速,而在甘南山地和祁連山高山地區(qū)的城鎮(zhèn)規(guī)模小,發(fā)展落后;城鎮(zhèn)體系結(jié)構(gòu)不協(xié)調(diào),城鎮(zhèn)體系呈二元結(jié)構(gòu),整體發(fā)展水平較低;46.95%的城鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)展用地源自耕地,耕地保護(hù)壓力大,提高城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)用地節(jié)約集約利用水平是協(xié)調(diào)城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展和耕地保護(hù)矛盾的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The combination of remote sensing and geographic information is one of the best ways to realize real-time and accurate monitoring of urban expansion with rapid change and wide spatial distribution. To obtain the basic data of urban expansion, to grasp the spatial differentiation characteristics of urban expansion and the characteristics of urban system structure, and to reveal the contradiction between urban expansion and cultivated land protection is helpful for government management departments to make correct decisions. Based on high score satellite image and land use data, the urban expansion of 87 main cities (cities) in Gansu Province from 2008 to 2014 was monitored, and the monitoring results were analyzed. The results show that the urbanization of Gansu Province is developing rapidly, the expanding area of the town is 232.01km2, the expansion intensity is 25.3.The urban expansion space is different, located in the oasis area of Hexi, the Lanbai town belt and the economic base of Longdong energy base. The cities and towns along the main traffic routes developed rapidly, while the towns in the mountainous areas of Gannan and Qilian Mountains were small in scale and backward in development; the structure of the urban system was not coordinated, and the urban system was characterized by a dual structure. 46.95% of the total development level of urban expanded land comes from cultivated land, and the pressure of cultivated land protection is great. Improving the level of saving and intensive utilization of urban construction land is an effective way to coordinate the contradiction between urban development and cultivated land protection.
