基于海量激光標(biāo)簽的物流信息流調(diào)度方法研究

【摘要】:通過構(gòu)建物流信息調(diào)度模型提高物流供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)的連通性,提升物流信息識(shí)別和配送的效率,提出一種基于海量激光標(biāo)簽的物流信息流調(diào)度方法。首先采用海量激光標(biāo)簽識(shí)別技術(shù)進(jìn)行物流信息流的采集和特征分析,構(gòu)建物流信息流的非線性規(guī)劃模型。然后根據(jù)物流信息流在閉環(huán)供應(yīng)鏈網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的狀態(tài)分布特征量進(jìn)行物流信息流的激光標(biāo)簽RFID識(shí)別和信息融合配置,在信息融合中心進(jìn)行物流優(yōu)化調(diào)度。最后進(jìn)行物流配送和信息調(diào)度的仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)分析。結(jié)果表明,采用該方法進(jìn)行物流信息流調(diào)度能準(zhǔn)確提高配送能力,且物流收益和服務(wù)質(zhì)量得到了提升。
[Abstract]:By constructing a logistics information scheduling model to improve the connectivity of logistics supply chain network and improve the efficiency of logistics information identification and distribution, a logistics information flow scheduling method based on massive laser tags is proposed. Firstly, the mass laser label recognition technology is used to collect and analyze the information flow of logistics, and the nonlinear programming model of the information flow is constructed. Then the laser tag RFID identification and information fusion configuration of logistics information flow are carried out according to the state distribution characteristic of logistics information flow in the closed-loop supply chain network and the logistics optimization scheduling is carried out in the information fusion center. Finally, the simulation experiment analysis of logistics distribution and information scheduling is carried out. The results show that the logistics information flow scheduling method can improve the distribution ability accurately, and the logistics revenue and service quality are improved.
