【摘要】：物流業(yè)是融合運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、貨代、信息等產(chǎn)業(yè)的復(fù)合型服務(wù)業(yè),是支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代物流業(yè),對(duì)于促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整、轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展方式具有重要意義。因此,論文研究同益物流保稅中心建設(shè)方案及運(yùn)營(yíng)策略,具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。論文首先綜述了相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀,接著在對(duì)物流業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、保稅中心建設(shè)條件、目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)分析預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,從建設(shè)的總體規(guī)劃、環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)、組織結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、實(shí)施進(jìn)度、以及社會(huì)影響等方面,提出了同益物流保稅中心建設(shè)方案建設(shè)的總體方案;在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的運(yùn)營(yíng)策略進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)性研究,具體包括項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)模式、盈利模式,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng),以及風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了識(shí)別、評(píng)估和控制策略分析。論文對(duì)同益物流保稅中心建設(shè)方案及運(yùn)營(yíng)策略的研究結(jié)論,對(duì)同益物流保稅中心建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng),具有重要實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,對(duì)各地同類項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)運(yùn)營(yíng)也具有較好的參考意義。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is a complex service industry which integrates transportation, warehousing, freight forwarding, information and other industries. It is a basic and strategic industry to support the development of national economy. Speeding up the development of modern logistics industry is of great significance to promote the adjustment of industrial structure and change the mode of development. Therefore, it has practical significance and application value to study the construction scheme and operation strategy of Tongyi Logistics bonded Center. This paper first summarizes the current situation of related research, then on the basis of the development of logistics industry, the construction conditions of bonded center, the target market analysis and prediction, from the overall planning of the construction, environmental impact assessment, organizational structure design, implementation progress, As well as the social impact, this paper puts forward the overall plan of the construction of Tongyi Logistics bonded Center, and on this basis, carries out a systematic study on the operation strategy of the construction project, including the project operation model, profit model, and so on. And the project operation, as well as risk identification, evaluation and control strategy analysis. The conclusion of this paper is of great practical application value to the construction and operation of Tongyi Logistics bonded Center, and also has good reference significance to the construction and operation of similar projects.
