【摘要】：有重點(diǎn)、有特色發(fā)展是指導(dǎo)小城鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的重要原則,規(guī)劃、培育、建設(shè)特色小鎮(zhèn)是江西省委省政府為推動(dòng)全省經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)和城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,貫徹國(guó)家新型城鎮(zhèn)化和產(chǎn)城融合發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略所作出的重大決策。以此為背景,筆者研究了貴溪市4個(gè)特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)實(shí)踐中取得的成效及其存在的主要問(wèn)題,同時(shí)借鑒浙江省特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出了江西省特色小鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:The key and characteristic development is an important principle guiding the construction of small towns. Planning, cultivating, and building special towns is the purpose of the Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government to promote the economic transformation and upgrading of the province and the overall development of urban and rural areas. The implementation of the new type of urbanization and the integration of industrial development strategy made a major decision. Against this background, the author studies the achievements and main problems in the construction practice of the four special towns in Guixi City. At the same time, the author draws lessons from the advanced experience of the construction of the small towns with characteristics in Zhejiang Province, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the small towns with characteristics in Jiangxi Province.
