【摘要】：隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展和不斷深化,我國(guó)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的資源環(huán)境都發(fā)生了巨大的變化。自身資源、區(qū)位條件和環(huán)境影響都是驅(qū)動(dòng)小城鎮(zhèn)成長(zhǎng)的重要因素。2015年隨著浙江特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)的興起,為新型城鎮(zhèn)化過(guò)程中的小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展提供了新思路,國(guó)家總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出培育一批特色小城鎮(zhèn)。對(duì)旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)的研究,能更好的認(rèn)清小城鎮(zhèn)自身發(fā)展優(yōu)劣勢(shì)條件,找準(zhǔn)定位,開(kāi)拓思路,指導(dǎo)旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展策略的提出。首先,本文理清了包括旅游供給力、產(chǎn)鎮(zhèn)融合以及旅游地生命周期理論等與旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展有關(guān)的基礎(chǔ)性概念,將研究旅游發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的關(guān)系、旅游小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展動(dòng)力及階段等旅游小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展相關(guān)的理論觀點(diǎn)進(jìn)行梳理整合,列舉了國(guó)內(nèi)外部分經(jīng)典案例,并梳理了有關(guān)旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)的相關(guān)研究,明確推動(dòng)旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)成長(zhǎng)的因素以及方向。其次,對(duì)安徽省旅游小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的歷史沿革進(jìn)行梳理,并以安徽省現(xiàn)有的21個(gè)特色小(城)鎮(zhèn)為范圍,根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)性質(zhì)和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等因素為依據(jù),選取若干安徽省旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)作為研究對(duì)象,從小城鎮(zhèn)的旅游類型、發(fā)展水平、發(fā)展階段等方面分析發(fā)展差異,并對(duì)安徽省旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)現(xiàn)狀問(wèn)題進(jìn)行梳理,揭示發(fā)展旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)的意義所在。最后,在理清安徽省旅游小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展差異的前提下,對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)及旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的動(dòng)力因素進(jìn)行分析,可知安徽省旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展三大動(dòng)力因素的主要特征及內(nèi)容,借鑒相關(guān)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展動(dòng)力因素做細(xì)分,選取了資源因素、區(qū)位因素和環(huán)境因素,并考慮各因素的含義及構(gòu)成,對(duì)該層指標(biāo)做層層細(xì)化,最終形成包含三個(gè)級(jí)別,共34個(gè)要素的安徽省旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展動(dòng)力因素評(píng)價(jià)體系。運(yùn)用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和層次分析法確定各級(jí)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重。由權(quán)重結(jié)果可知在現(xiàn)階段安徽省旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)的動(dòng)力構(gòu)成特點(diǎn)。結(jié)合動(dòng)力因素的作用原理,分析并總結(jié)不同因素組合作用下旅游特色小城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展的特點(diǎn)和主要路徑。通過(guò)以六安市裕安區(qū)獨(dú)山鎮(zhèn)為例,將城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀結(jié)合指標(biāo)體系,可知獨(dú)山鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展動(dòng)力的形成,確定在這一階段獨(dú)山鎮(zhèn)主要發(fā)展的方向,并對(duì)獨(dú)山鎮(zhèn)健康發(fā)展提出策略建議。
[Abstract]:With the steady development and deepening of urbanization, great changes have taken place in the resources and environment of the development of small towns in China. With the rise of small towns in Zhejiang Province in 2015, it provides a new way of thinking for the development of small towns in the process of new urbanization. The state summed up experience and put forward the cultivation of a number of small towns with characteristics. The research on the small towns with tourism characteristics can better recognize the advantages and disadvantages of the development of small towns, find out the correct orientation, open up ideas, and guide the development strategy of small towns with tourism characteristics. First of all, this paper clarifies the basic concepts related to the development of small towns with tourism characteristics, including tourism supply power, integration of production and town, and tourism destination life cycle theory, and will study the relationship between tourism development and urban development. The theories related to the development of tourism small towns, such as the motive force and the stages of tourism small towns development, are combed and integrated, and some classic cases at home and abroad are listed, and the relevant research on tourism characteristic small towns is combed. Clear promotion of tourism characteristics of small towns growth factors and direction. Secondly, the historical evolution of the development of tourism towns in Anhui Province is combed, and based on the existing 21 small towns with characteristics in Anhui Province, according to the nature of the towns and the industrial structure and other factors, This paper selects some small towns with tourism characteristics in Anhui Province as the research object, analyzes the development differences from the aspects of tourism types, development level and development stages of small towns, and combs the present situation of small towns with tourism characteristics in Anhui Province. To reveal the significance of the development of small towns with tourism characteristics. Finally, on the premise of clearing up the differences of the development of tourism small towns in Anhui Province, this paper analyzes the dynamic factors of the development of small towns and tourism industry, and knows the main characteristics and contents of the three main driving factors of the development of small towns with tourism characteristics in Anhui Province. Referring to the relevant evaluation index system, this paper subdivides the dynamic factors of the development of small towns, selects the resource factor, the location factor and the environmental factor, and considers the meaning and composition of each factor. Finally, the evaluation system of the dynamic factors of tourism characteristics of small towns in Anhui Province is formed, which consists of three levels and 34 elements. Use questionnaire and analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of indicators at all levels. According to the weight result, we can know the characteristics of the power structure of the small towns with tourism characteristics in Anhui Province at the present stage. Combined with the principle of dynamic factors, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and main paths of the development of small towns with tourism characteristics under the action of different combination of factors. By taking Dushan Town, Yu'an District of Lu'an City as an example, combining the present situation of town development with the index system, we can see the formation of Dushan Town's development motive force, determine the main developing direction of Dushan Town in this stage, and put forward some suggestions for the healthy development of Dushan Town.
