【摘要】:正2016年7月,住房城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)部、國(guó)家發(fā)展改革委、財(cái)政部聯(lián)合下發(fā)了《關(guān)于開(kāi)展特色小鎮(zhèn)培育工作的通知》,提出到2020年,培育1000個(gè)左右各具特色、富有活力的休閑旅游、商貿(mào)物流、現(xiàn)代制造、教育科技、傳統(tǒng)文化、美麗宜居等特色小鎮(zhèn),并于當(dāng)年10月評(píng)定出第一批共127個(gè)中國(guó)特色小鎮(zhèn)。特色小鎮(zhèn)的理念一經(jīng)提出,迅速熱了起來(lái),各地政府很熱,市場(chǎng)也很熱。中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)自進(jìn)入新常態(tài)以來(lái),出現(xiàn)這兩種都熱的情況非常少。政府熱的很多,但市場(chǎng)不一定熱,
[Abstract]:In July 2016, the Ministry of Housing Urban-Rural Construction, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the notice on the cultivation of small towns with characteristics, proposing that by 2020, about 1,000 leisure tourism with their own characteristics should be cultivated. Trade logistics, modern manufacturing, educational technology, traditional culture, beautiful and livable towns, and in October of that year, the first batch of 127 towns with Chinese characteristics. As soon as the idea of a special town was put forward, it quickly became hot, with local governments and markets hot. Since China's economy entered the new normal, very few of these have been hot. The government is a lot hotter, but the market isn't necessarily hot.
