【摘要】：隨著區(qū)域間經(jīng)濟(jì)與文化交流的不斷加強(qiáng),城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程對我國現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)具有重大意義。為了更好地推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展進(jìn)程,以提升質(zhì)量為主的城鎮(zhèn)化轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展新階段已成為中國社會(huì)發(fā)展的必然。本文以城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展階段、增長極等理論為研究基礎(chǔ),認(rèn)真梳理了城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量、城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)方法、驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)理及流域經(jīng)濟(jì)帶城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),認(rèn)為城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量是反映城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程給城鄉(xiāng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展帶來一系列變化的系統(tǒng)。本文以珠江—西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶63個(gè)縣域單元為研究對象,從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、社會(huì)發(fā)展、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展?jié)摿@3個(gè)層面構(gòu)建涵蓋14個(gè)指標(biāo)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合評(píng)價(jià)體系。首先,運(yùn)用改進(jìn)的主成分分析法計(jì)算63個(gè)縣域單元在2005-2015年間的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合得分,再通過城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合得分的Moran's I指數(shù)、人均GDP的分異系數(shù)、戶籍城鎮(zhèn)人口數(shù)量的Theil指數(shù)在時(shí)序上的變化分析城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的時(shí)序演變特征,結(jié)果表明:2005-2015年間,63個(gè)縣域單元的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合水平存在明顯的內(nèi)部差異,但這種整體差異隨時(shí)間的變化呈減小態(tài)勢。其次,運(yùn)用空間探索性分析方法研究城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合水平在2005、2010、2015年的空間分異特征,結(jié)果表明:63個(gè)縣域單元的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量綜合水平一直存在明顯的兩極分化,上游區(qū)域存在大片的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量低值區(qū),而中下游區(qū)域則零散出現(xiàn)城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量發(fā)展的增長極。再次,建立了含有6個(gè)解釋變量的城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量驅(qū)動(dòng)因子模型,并選擇空間面板數(shù)據(jù)模型進(jìn)行估計(jì),結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)業(yè)GDP占比、城鄉(xiāng)居民收入比對城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生負(fù)效應(yīng),行政力、市場力和內(nèi)源力分別為提升城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)力量、關(guān)鍵力量和根本力量。最后,針對珠江—西江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶城鎮(zhèn)化質(zhì)量存在嚴(yán)重兩極分化的問題,本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和公共服務(wù)設(shè)施建設(shè)、提高人口質(zhì)量等5個(gè)方面提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:With the continuous strengthening of regional economic and cultural exchanges, the development of urbanization is of great significance to the modernization of our country. In order to promote the development of urbanization, it has become a necessity for China's social development to improve the quality of urbanization in the new stage of transformation and development. Based on the theories of urbanization development stage, growth pole and so on, this paper makes a careful study of urbanization quality, urbanization quality evaluation methods, driving mechanism and relevant literature at home and abroad on urbanization quality of watershed economic belt. It is considered that the quality of urbanization is a system that reflects the process of urbanization and brings a series of changes to the coordinated development of urban and rural areas. In this paper, 63 county units of Zhujiang Xijiang Economic Belt are taken as the research objects, and a comprehensive evaluation system of urbanization quality covering 14 indexes is constructed from the three aspects of economic development, social development and urbanization development potential. Firstly, the improved principal component analysis method is used to calculate the comprehensive score of urbanization quality in 63 county units from 2005 to 2015. Then, through the Moran's I index of urbanization quality comprehensive score, the differentiation coefficient of GDP per capita is calculated. The change of Theil Index in time Series of the number of residents registered in cities and towns the time series evolution characteristics of urbanization quality are analyzed. The results show that there are obvious internal differences in the comprehensive level of urbanization quality among 63 county units from 2005 to 2015. But the variation of the whole difference with time is decreasing. Secondly, the spatial differentiation characteristics of urbanization quality comprehensive level in 2005 / 2010 and 2015 are studied by using spatial exploratory analysis method. The results show that the urbanization quality comprehensive level of 63 county units has been obviously polarized. There are large areas with low urbanization quality in the upstream region, while the growth poles of urbanization quality development are scattered in the middle and lower reaches of the region. Thirdly, the urbanization quality driving factor model with six explanatory variables is established, and the spatial panel data model is selected to estimate it. The results show that the proportion of agricultural GDP, the income ratio of urban and rural residents have a negative effect on the quality of urbanization, and the administrative power. Market power and endogenous power are the basic, key and fundamental forces to improve the quality of urbanization. Finally, aiming at the serious polarization of urbanization quality in Zhujiang Xijiang Economic Zone, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from five aspects: economic and social development, construction of infrastructure and public service facilities, and improvement of population quality.
