【摘要】：將等級(jí)依賴(lài)期望效用理論與演化博弈理論相結(jié)合,構(gòu)建土地征收補(bǔ)償?shù)腞DEU演化博弈模型,探討土地征收補(bǔ)償中主要參與方農(nóng)民和地方政府的情緒對(duì)博弈策略的影響狀況。穩(wěn)定性分析顯示與以往結(jié)論不同的是,"樂(lè)觀情緒會(huì)帶來(lái)好的結(jié)果,悲觀情緒會(huì)帶來(lái)差的結(jié)果"僅僅在一方理性一方有情緒的組合狀態(tài)下才符合。當(dāng)參與方都具有悲觀或樂(lè)觀情緒時(shí),雙方的異質(zhì)性信念互動(dòng)反而使征地博弈沒(méi)有演化穩(wěn)定均衡。MATLAB仿真結(jié)果表明,具有情緒的一方悲觀或樂(lè)觀情緒程度的改變將會(huì)影響博弈均衡狀態(tài),且地方政府的情緒狀態(tài)更易影響均衡結(jié)果。最后,針對(duì)征地矛盾的治理問(wèn)題,提出建立情緒監(jiān)督與疏導(dǎo)機(jī)制等建議。
[Abstract]:Combining the expected utility theory of rank dependence with the evolutionary game theory, the RDEU evolutionary game model of land expropriation compensation is constructed, and the influence of the emotion of farmers and local governments on the game strategy in land expropriation compensation is discussed. Stability analysis shows that, unlike previous conclusions, "optimism will bring good results, pessimism will bring bad results" only when one of the rational side has a combination of emotions. When the participants are pessimistic or optimistic, the interaction of heterogeneous beliefs between the two sides makes the land expropriation game have no evolutionary stability equilibrium. MATLAB simulation results show that, The change of the degree of pessimism or optimism of the emotional side will affect the game equilibrium, and the emotional state of the local government is more likely to affect the equilibrium results. Finally, in view of the land requisition contradiction management question, proposed establishes the emotion supervision and the dredging mechanism and so on.
