【摘要】：為研究我國(guó)中部6省近15a承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移成效,探索提高承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移水平路徑,從投入產(chǎn)出角度構(gòu)建了承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率測(cè)度指標(biāo)體系,采用EMS3.1軟件測(cè)度了我國(guó)中部6省80個(gè)地級(jí)單元2000~2014年承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率的時(shí)空分異特征,結(jié)合GeoDa095i軟件分析了中部地區(qū)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率的時(shí)空分異格局及空間關(guān)聯(lián)性;在分析影響承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率機(jī)制的基礎(chǔ)上,采用固定效應(yīng)模型對(duì)我國(guó)中部6省承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率的影響因素進(jìn)行定量分析。結(jié)果表明:(1)2000~2014年間處于DEA有效的地市數(shù)量逐漸增加,處于波動(dòng)上升的地市有52個(gè),呈現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì)的有28個(gè),省會(huì)城市及其周邊地區(qū)DEA效率值相對(duì)高于其他地區(qū);(2)中部地區(qū)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率空間分異顯著,具有明顯的空間群聚效應(yīng);(3)產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐因子、產(chǎn)業(yè)吸引因子、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展因子對(duì)中部地區(qū)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移效率影響較為顯著,而產(chǎn)業(yè)鑒別因子影響相對(duì)較弱。影響因素回歸系數(shù)由大到小分別為二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)從業(yè)人員比重、客運(yùn)總量、職工平均工資、人均GDP、年末金融機(jī)構(gòu)存款余額研究與試驗(yàn)發(fā)展(RD)經(jīng)費(fèi)支出�；谘芯拷Y(jié)果對(duì)中部地區(qū)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In order to study the effect of undertaking international industrial transfer in 6 provinces of central China in recent 15 years and to explore ways to improve the level of undertaking international industrial transfer, this paper constructs an index system to measure the efficiency of undertaking international industrial transfer from the angle of input and output. Using EMS3.1 software, the paper measures the spatio-temporal differentiation characteristics of 80 units in central China from 2000 to 2014 to undertake international industrial transfer, and analyzes the spatio-temporal differentiation pattern and spatial correlation of the efficiency of undertaking international industrial transfer in central China with GeoDa095i software. Based on the analysis of the mechanism affecting the efficiency of undertaking international industrial transfer, the fixed effect model is used to quantitatively analyze the factors affecting the efficiency of undertaking international industrial transfer in six provinces of central China. The results showed that the number of effective cities in DEA increased gradually, 52 cities were in fluctuation and 28 cities showed a downward trend during the period from 2000 to 2014. The efficiency of DEA in the provincial capital and its surrounding areas is higher than that in other regions. (2) the efficiency of international industrial transfer in the central region is significantly different, and the spatial clustering effect is obvious. (3) the industrial support factor and the industrial attraction factor. The industrial development factor has a significant effect on the efficiency of undertaking international industrial transfer in the central region, while the industrial identification factor has a relatively weak effect. The regression coefficient of influencing factors from big to small is the proportion of employees in the second and third industries, the total amount of passenger transport, the average wages of employees, the per capita GDP. the research and experimental development of the balance of deposits in financial institutions at the end of the year. Based on the research results, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the central region to undertake international industrial transfer.
