福建省城市全要素能源效率研究——基于雙前沿面DEA模型

【摘要】:針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)DEA模型在分析能源效率時(shí)存在的問題,引入無效效率前沿(悲觀)DEA模型,并綜合考慮有效效率前沿(樂觀)和無效效率前沿(悲觀)兩個(gè)方面,建立雙前沿面DEA模型,綜合研究全要素能源效率問題。進(jìn)一步地,運(yùn)用雙前沿面DEA模型對(duì)福建省各地級(jí)市的全要素能源效率進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。實(shí)證結(jié)果顯示:福建省樂觀全要素能源效率和綜合全要素能源效率存在一定的差異,后者的變化趨勢(shì)較前者更為明顯,表現(xiàn)出明顯的收斂性。這在一定程度上說明了運(yùn)用雙前沿面DEA模型研究能源效率的必要性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problems existing in the analysis of energy efficiency in the traditional DEA model, this paper introduces the invalid efficiency frontier (pessimism DEA model), and synthetically considers the efficient efficiency frontier (optimistic) and the ineffective efficiency front (pessimistic), and establishes the two-front DEA model. A comprehensive study of the energy efficiency of all factors. Furthermore, the dual frontier DEA model is used to study the total factor energy efficiency of each prefectural city in Fujian Province. The empirical results show that there are some differences between the optimistic total factor energy efficiency and the comprehensive total factor energy efficiency in Fujian Province, and the change trend of the latter is more obvious than that of the former, showing obvious convergence. To a certain extent, it is necessary and effective to study energy efficiency by using dual frontier DEA model.
