【摘要】：在人類進(jìn)入城市世界的新時(shí)代,伴隨著全球化的升級、新興工業(yè)化國家的崛起和社會及生態(tài)環(huán)境的變遷,城市面臨提高競爭實(shí)力和維持可持續(xù)增長的挑戰(zhàn),城市可持續(xù)競爭力正成為多領(lǐng)域聚焦的課題。本文從歷史比較的視角,通過重點(diǎn)回顧最近十年具有代表性的城市競爭力相關(guān)研究成果,檢視了城市競爭力的概念內(nèi)涵、理論支撐、影響因素、評估方法等方面的演進(jìn)與發(fā)展。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):競爭力的內(nèi)涵正在從經(jīng)濟(jì)層面擴(kuò)展到更廣泛意義上的可持續(xù)層面,城市可持續(xù)競爭力體現(xiàn)為社會和環(huán)境對經(jīng)濟(jì)的兼容促進(jìn),反映競爭力與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的互惠統(tǒng)一;與此同時(shí),競爭力的目標(biāo)不斷從財(cái)富創(chuàng)造轉(zhuǎn)向提升生活質(zhì)量;競爭力的理論基礎(chǔ)從貿(mào)易與增長發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)到新經(jīng)濟(jì)地理及內(nèi)生增長;競爭力構(gòu)成要素則從數(shù)量比較優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)向質(zhì)量競爭優(yōu)勢,從短期經(jīng)濟(jì)優(yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)變到長期綜合優(yōu)勢,從當(dāng)?shù)鼐奂瘍?yōu)勢轉(zhuǎn)變到全球聯(lián)系優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, the rise of newly industrialized countries and the changes of social and ecological environment, cities are faced with the challenge of increasing their competitive strength and maintaining sustainable growth.The sustainable competitiveness of cities is becoming the focus in many fields.From the perspective of historical comparison, this paper reviews the related research results of representative urban competitiveness in the last ten years, and examines the evolution and development of urban competitiveness in terms of its conceptual connotation, theoretical support, influencing factors, evaluation methods, and so on.It is found that the connotation of competitiveness is expanding from the economic level to the sustainable level in a wider sense. The sustainable competitiveness of cities is reflected in the compatibility of society and environment to the economy and the reciprocal unity of competitiveness and sustainable development.At the same time, the goal of competitiveness is constantly changing from wealth creation to improving the quality of life, and the theoretical basis of competitiveness has shifted from trade and growth to new economic geography and endogenous growth.The component elements of competitiveness change from quantity comparative advantage to quality competitive advantage, from short-term economic advantage to long-term comprehensive advantage, from local aggregation advantage to global linkage advantage.
