【摘要】：近年來隨著我國經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的不斷轉(zhuǎn)型升級,河北省也與時俱進,經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式不斷改革升級。新型城鎮(zhèn)化帶來城鎮(zhèn)經(jīng)濟崛起的同時促進消費、拉動經(jīng)濟增長,不斷完善商貿(mào)流通業(yè)一直是農(nóng)村城鎮(zhèn)化建設的重點。在我國新型城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷推進中,縣級城市作為中小型城市與農(nóng)村的連接點,其穩(wěn)步快速發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為推動新型城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的有力載體。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,縣級城市各項功能的進一步完善對于城市化的商業(yè)發(fā)展必然會產(chǎn)生更多更高的需求。目前,河北省新型城鎮(zhèn)化的規(guī)模和效果已經(jīng)開始顯現(xiàn),但是從河北省很多縣的新型城鎮(zhèn)化效果上來看,并未從根本上實現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)一體化,主要表現(xiàn)為縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點低水平重復建設、無序競爭、商圈單一、商業(yè)環(huán)境臟亂差等都是目前存在的現(xiàn)實問題。為了保證新型城鎮(zhèn)化在縣域地區(qū)更快更好的推進,確保城鄉(xiāng)一體化的真正實現(xiàn),對縣城以及農(nóng)村進行合理有效的商業(yè)布局是十分必要的。本文正是基于上述原因及背景,嘗試對河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局情況進行分析和研究。通過研究河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的現(xiàn)狀、影響因素以及新型城鎮(zhèn)化對商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的影響、分析經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度和主導產(chǎn)業(yè)不同的縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點建設情況,總結河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點發(fā)展的特點及存在的問題。最后根據(jù)現(xiàn)實中存在的問題提出對應的對策建議。本篇論文共有六個章節(jié)。第一章對本文研究的背景、選題意義、研究方案和創(chuàng)新點和不足等進行了系統(tǒng)說明,并對國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了總結和簡要評述。第二章闡述了縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的概念及商業(yè)布局相關的理論基礎。第三章主要通過舉例分析河北省部分縣域的商業(yè)網(wǎng)點建設情況,總結目前河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的現(xiàn)狀和問題,并用相關理論進行指導分析。第四章主要運用相關理論對新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的影響因素進行分析,首先是一般影響因素分析,然后是新型城鎮(zhèn)化對縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的影響分析。第五章主要運用前面的分析思路將寧晉縣作為實例分析對象,研究目前寧晉縣的商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局現(xiàn)狀以及問題并提出相應的對策建議。第六章則是對新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下河北省縣域商業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局的對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous transformation and upgrading of our country's economic development mode, Hebei Province has also kept pace with the times, and the economic development mode has been continuously reformed and upgraded. New urbanization has brought about the rise of urban economy while promoting consumption and stimulating economic growth. The continuous improvement of trade and circulation industry has been the focus of rural urbanization construction. In the continuous promotion of new urbanization in China, county-level cities as a link between small and medium-sized cities and rural areas, Its steady and rapid development has become a powerful carrier to promote the development of new urbanization. With the acceleration of the urbanization process, the further improvement of the functions of county-level cities will inevitably produce more and higher demands for the commercial development of urbanization. The scale and effect of new urbanization in Hebei Province has already begun to appear, but from the perspective of the new urbanization effect of many counties in Hebei Province, it has not fundamentally realized the integration of urban and rural areas, mainly manifested in the low level repeated construction of commercial networks in the county area. Disorderly competition, single business circle, and bad business environment are all the practical problems. In order to ensure the new urbanization in the county area to promote faster and better, to ensure the real realization of urban-rural integration. It is very necessary to have a reasonable and effective commercial layout for county towns and rural areas. This paper is based on the above reasons and background. This paper attempts to analyze and study the distribution of commercial outlets in county areas of Hebei Province. Through the study of the present situation of the distribution of commercial outlets in the county area of Hebei Province, the influencing factors and the influence of new urbanization on the layout of commercial outlets are also discussed. Analyzing the economic development rate and the construction of commercial outlets in different counties with different leading industries, This paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of the development of county commercial network in Hebei Province. Finally, according to the existing problems in reality, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. There are six chapters in this paper. The first chapter is the background of this study, the significance of the topic, Research programmes and innovations and deficiencies are systematically described, The second chapter expounds the concept of the layout of the county commercial network and the related theoretical basis of the commercial layout. Chapter 3 mainly through examples analysis of some counties in Hebei Province. Commercial network construction, Summarize the present situation and problems of the county commercial network layout in Hebei Province, and use the relevant theory to guide the analysis. The fourth chapter mainly uses the relevant theory to analyze the influencing factors of the county commercial network layout under the new urbanization background. The first is the analysis of the general influencing factors, then the analysis of the influence of the new urbanization on the layout of commercial outlets in the county area. Chapter five mainly uses the previous analysis ideas to take Ningjin County as the example analysis object. This paper studies the present situation and problems of the distribution of commercial outlets in Ningjin County and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and advices. Chapter VI is the countermeasures and suggestions for the layout of commercial outlets in Hebei Province under the background of new urbanization.
