【摘要】：Weibull分布是一種壽命分布,在可靠性領(lǐng)域有極為廣泛的應(yīng)用.在壽命實驗中,因為各種原因而出現(xiàn)不完全數(shù)據(jù),其中左截斷右刪失數(shù)據(jù)就是不完全數(shù)據(jù)的一種常見類型.本文主要研究的是在左截斷右刪失數(shù)據(jù)下,二參數(shù)Weibull分布的參數(shù)估計問題.在已有的研究中,使用的估計方法主要是牛頓迭代法和期望最大化算法.在截斷數(shù)據(jù)較多而樣本量不大時,現(xiàn)有的估計法比較受限于初始值的選擇,而最重要的是參數(shù)估計值的精確度有待進一步提高.因為參數(shù)估計值越精確,越能使Weibull分布有效的應(yīng)用于可靠性理論和失效數(shù)據(jù)分析研究中.由于牛頓下山法可以放寬對初始值的選擇范圍,所以本文以牛頓下山法為基礎(chǔ)提出參數(shù)兩步迭代法來估計二參數(shù)Weibull分布的參數(shù).這一新的估計方法先利用牛頓下山法求解左截斷右刪失數(shù)據(jù)下二參數(shù)Weibull分布的參數(shù)估計問題,從而削弱對初始值的依賴.在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用形狀參數(shù)估計值來提高尺度參數(shù)估計值的精確度.進而達到在小樣本且截斷數(shù)據(jù)較多的情況下,使二參數(shù)Weibull分布的參數(shù)估計值的整體精確度提高.最后本文將新估計法應(yīng)用到兩個真實數(shù)據(jù)和一個模擬數(shù)據(jù)上.數(shù)值實驗結(jié)果表明,新估計方法得到的估計要優(yōu)于其他的估計方法.
[Abstract]:Weibull distribution is a kind of life distribution, which is widely used in the field of reliability. Left truncated right censored data is a common type of incomplete data. In this paper, we mainly study the parameter estimation of two parameter Weibull distribution under left truncated right censored data. The main estimation methods used are Newton iteration method and expectation maximization algorithm. When there are more truncated data and a small sample size, the existing estimation methods are limited by the choice of initial values. And the most important thing is that the accuracy of the parameter estimates needs to be further improved, because the more accurate the parameter estimates are, The more effectively Weibull distribution can be applied to reliability theory and failure data analysis, the wider the selection range of initial values can be extended by Newton's downhill method. In this paper, based on Newton's downhill method, a parameter two-step iterative method is proposed to estimate the parameters of two-parameter Weibull distribution. This new method uses Newton's downhill method to solve the parameter estimation problem of two-parameter Weibull distribution under left truncation and right-censored data. Therefore, the dependence on initial value is weakened. On this basis, the accuracy of scale parameter estimation is improved by using shape parameter estimator. In the case of small sample and more truncated data, The global accuracy of the parameter estimation of the two-parameter Weibull distribution is improved. Finally, the new estimation method is applied to two real data and one simulated data. The numerical results show that, The new estimation method is superior to other estimation methods.
