【摘要】：德國租賃管制制度及住宅市場租金體系的編制對德國住宅租賃市場健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展發(fā)揮了重要作用。本文分析了德國租賃管制制度的內(nèi)容及特征;闡述了租賃管制的核心技術(shù)支撐市場租金體系的編制,包括租金的構(gòu)成、編制方法、步驟與應(yīng)用;提出了完善我國住宅租賃管制制度和建立我國租金體系的建議。研究成果為規(guī)范和促進我國住房租賃市場發(fā)展、深化住房租賃制度改革提供了制度層面與技術(shù)層面的有益參考。
[Abstract]:Prepare leasing market rent control system and the system of German housing has played an important role in the healthy and stable development of the German residential rental market. This paper analyzes the contents and characteristics of the German leasing regulation system; this paper expounds the core technology to support the market rent rent control system prepared, including rent, preparation methods, steps and application is put forward; to improve China's residential leasing regulation system and the establishment of our country rent system. Research results to standardize and promote China's housing rental market development, provides a useful reference to the system level and technical level and deepen the reform of the housing leasing system.
