【摘要】：小件快運服務是針小型貨物,依托客運站場以及客運班線網(wǎng)絡(luò),利用班車行李艙,將受托貨物完好送達客戶的一項客運增值服務。相較于傳統(tǒng)的快遞服務,具有運營成本低、運送速度快、運行穩(wěn)定等多方面的優(yōu)勢。但是在小件快運發(fā)展過程中普遍存在技術(shù)水平和管理手段落后、定價不透明、運作效率和服務質(zhì)量不高等具體問題。為了能夠高效地利用客運車輛的閑置運力,促進小件快運服務健康發(fā)展,論文針對小件快運服務產(chǎn)品定價問題進行研究。在分析定價影響因素、明晰定價方法基礎(chǔ)上,重點建立定價模型,并進行單因素敏感性分析,為小件快運服務產(chǎn)品合理定價提供參考,提升小件快運運營企業(yè)盈利能力。論文根據(jù)小件快運服務時效性高、客運資源依賴程度高、成本低等特點,定義了小件快運服務產(chǎn)品;分析了小件快運服務的時效性、運輸供給因素和成本對小件快運服務產(chǎn)品價格的影響。進而,重點運用收益管理的差別定價策略,綜合考慮了小件需求量與交貨時間以及小件單位運價的相互作用,根據(jù)不同顧客對交貨時間和價格的敏感性不同,建立了基于交貨時間的小件快運服務產(chǎn)品定價模型。該定價模型以小件快運運營企業(yè)的利潤最大化為目標函數(shù),通過采用MATLAB中的非線性優(yōu)化fminbnd函數(shù)求解,獲得基于交貨時間的動態(tài)價格。通過數(shù)值分析,檢查了所建定價模型在不同的情景下的適用性,以便在細分市場中使用所建定價模型差別定價;同時,進行了定價模型參數(shù)的敏感性分析,反映了最優(yōu)價格對需求變化的敏感程度。研究結(jié)果表明,小件快運服務產(chǎn)品適宜優(yōu)先考慮那些在運輸能力以內(nèi)、對交貨時間更加敏感的小件運輸需求。
[Abstract]:Small-piece express service is a passenger transport value-added service that relies on small cargo, relying on passenger terminal and passenger line network, and using shuttle luggage cabin to deliver the entrusted goods to customers in good condition. Compared with traditional express service, it has lower operating cost. There are many advantages such as high speed, stable operation and so on. However, in the process of development of small piece express, the technical level and management means are generally backward, and the pricing is not transparent. In order to make efficient use of idle capacity of passenger vehicles and promote the healthy development of small express transportation service, On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of pricing and clarifying the pricing methods, the pricing model is established, and the sensitivity analysis of single factor is carried out. This paper provides a reference for the reasonable pricing of the small part express service products and promotes the profitability of the small part express service enterprises. According to the characteristics of the small piece express service such as high timeliness, high degree of dependence on passenger transport resources and low cost, the paper defines the small piece express service product. This paper analyzes the timeliness of small piece express service, the influence of transportation supply factor and cost on the price of small piece express service product, and puts emphasis on the differential pricing strategy of revenue management. Considering comprehensively the interaction between the demand for small pieces and delivery time and the unit freight rate of small pieces, according to the different customer's sensitivity to delivery time and price, In this paper, a pricing model of small piece express service product based on delivery time is established. This pricing model takes the profit maximization of the small part express operation enterprise as the objective function, and is solved by using the nonlinear optimization fminbnd function in MATLAB. Obtain dynamic price based on delivery time. Through numerical analysis, the applicability of the established pricing model in different scenarios is examined in order to use the established pricing model for differential pricing in submarket segments; at the same time, Sensitivity analysis of pricing model parameters is carried out to reflect the sensitivity of the optimal price to changes in demand. Smaller shipping requirements that are more sensitive to delivery time.
