【摘要】：本文通過對我國當(dāng)下勞動關(guān)系制度研究的反思,提出過往研究缺乏將制度置于具體的社會情境與歷史變遷的過程中進(jìn)行考察,這樣導(dǎo)致了從結(jié)構(gòu)功能主義視角僵化地分析制度,以及把制度作為理性選擇結(jié)果的誤判。而歷史制度主義的相關(guān)理論為克服這一缺陷提供了有益的理論洞見。因此,未來我國勞動關(guān)系制度研究應(yīng)站在歷史制度主義的視角,提出新的研究問題。
[Abstract]:Based on the reflection of the research on the current labor relations system in China, this paper points out that the past studies lack of putting the system in the process of specific social situation and historical changes, which leads to the rigid analysis of the system from the perspective of structural functionalism. The related theories of historical institutionalism provide useful theoretical insight to overcome this defect. Therefore, the future study of labor relations system in China should be from the perspective of historical institutionalism. A new research problem is put forward.
