【摘要】：研究社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)問題是中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要內(nèi)容。建立社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制必須劃清馬克思主義與新自由主義的界限,對于社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)認(rèn)識(shí)的分歧必須運(yùn)用馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)基本原理給予正確回答。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)問題的討論應(yīng)該以鄧小平理論為指導(dǎo),正確認(rèn)識(shí)到市場經(jīng)濟(jì)是發(fā)展生產(chǎn)的方法、調(diào)節(jié)經(jīng)濟(jì)的手段。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)必然要同一定的社會(huì)基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度相結(jié)合。公有制可以與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)相結(jié)合;公有制實(shí)現(xiàn)形式是公有制與市場經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)合的關(guān)鍵;市場經(jīng)濟(jì)改革不等于公有制私有化。市場經(jīng)濟(jì)應(yīng)該服從于、服務(wù)于基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度。社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制不能照搬西方的市場經(jīng)濟(jì),社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展必須把市場的作用與政府的作用結(jié)合起來。
[Abstract]:To study the issue of socialist market economy is an important part of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics. To establish a socialist market economy system, we must draw a clear line between Marxism and neoliberalism. The differences in understanding of the socialist market economy must be correctly answered by applying the basic principles of Marxist political economy. The discussion on the issue of market economy should be guided by Deng Xiaoping's theory. Correctly realize that market economy is the way to develop production and adjust economy, market economy must be combined with certain social basic economic system, public ownership can be combined with market economy; The realization of public ownership is the key to the combination of public ownership and market economy; the reform of market economy is not equal to privatization of public ownership. To serve the basic economic system, the socialist market economic system cannot copy the western market economy, and the development of the socialist market economy must combine the role of the market with that of the government.
