【摘要】：通過對中越邊境東興河洲村鄉(xiāng)村都市化的實踐進(jìn)行描述,認(rèn)為邊境鄉(xiāng)村都市化應(yīng)充分發(fā)掘邊境地區(qū)邊貿(mào)、旅游、生態(tài)等方面潛力,以政府層面沿邊城鎮(zhèn)帶建設(shè)規(guī)劃為依托,借力國家戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展契機,走特色城鎮(zhèn)發(fā)展道路,才能有效發(fā)揮邊境優(yōu)勢,促進(jìn)邊境地區(qū)鄉(xiāng)村都市化可持續(xù)發(fā)展,從而有效回應(yīng)邊民現(xiàn)實需求與國家邊疆發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:By describing the practice of rural urbanization in Dongxing Hezhou Village on the border between China and Vietnam, it is considered that border rural urbanization should fully exploit the potential of border trade, tourism, ecology, and so on, relying on the construction planning of the border town belt at the government level. Only by taking advantage of the opportunity of national strategic development and taking the road of characteristic town development can the border advantages be effectively brought into play and the sustainable development of rural urbanization in border areas be promoted so as to effectively respond to the actual needs of border people and the development strategy of national frontier areas.
