【摘要】："城中村"社區(qū)兼具鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)和城市社會(huì)雙重特質(zhì),作為特殊的"物質(zhì)—經(jīng)濟(jì)—社會(huì)—文化"的空間形態(tài),社區(qū)治理呈現(xiàn)高度的復(fù)雜性、敏感性和探索性。目前,對"城中村"改造中的社區(qū)治理,存在理念上認(rèn)識(shí)不到位、體制上改革不徹底、機(jī)制上設(shè)計(jì)不協(xié)調(diào)的問題。"城中村"改造中的社區(qū)治理,需要進(jìn)行理念再造、體制改革與機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,需要把握法治化、民主化與科學(xué)化三條主線。
[Abstract]:As a special "material-economic-social-social-cultural" spatial form, community governance presents a high degree of complexity, sensitivity and exploration. There are some problems in community governance in the transformation of "village in city", such as lack of understanding in concept, incomplete reform in system and uncoordinated design in mechanism. Community governance in transformation of "village in city" needs to be remade. System reform and mechanism innovation need to grasp the rule of law, democratization and scientific three main lines.
