【摘要】：正黨的十八大以來,面對日趨復(fù)雜的經(jīng)濟形勢和前所未有的宏觀調(diào)控難度,以習近平同志為核心的黨中央在治國理政的偉大實踐中不斷創(chuàng)新宏觀調(diào)控思路,提出了一系列新理念新思想新戰(zhàn)略,不僅準確定位了宏觀調(diào)控的政策邊界、大大拓展了宏觀調(diào)控的內(nèi)涵和外延,而且進一步凸顯了中國宏觀調(diào)控的結(jié)構(gòu)性特色,構(gòu)建了中國特色宏觀調(diào)控的結(jié)構(gòu)性調(diào)控新范式。這些理論與實踐的重大創(chuàng)新,彌補了西方主流理論僅包含以需求管理為特征的總量
[Abstract]:Since the 18 National Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, facing the increasingly complex economic situation and unprecedented difficulty of macro-control, the CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, has constantly innovated in the great practice of governing the country and managing government. A series of new ideas and new strategies are put forward, which not only accurately locate the policy boundary of macro-control, greatly expand the connotation and extension of macro-control, but also further highlight the structural characteristics of China's macro-control. This paper constructs a new paradigm of structural regulation and control with Chinese characteristics. These major innovations in theory and practice make up for the fact that mainstream western theories contain only the total amount characterized by demand management.
