【摘要】：正我認(rèn)為,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聯(lián)通"一帶一路"需從以下幾個(gè)方面推進(jìn):首先是戰(zhàn)略層面的對接。我們的戰(zhàn)略要跟一些國家的戰(zhàn)略,包括發(fā)達(dá)國家的戰(zhàn)略對接,尤其是"一帶一路"沿線國家的戰(zhàn)略要對接。第二,推進(jìn)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施標(biāo)準(zhǔn)合作,支撐互聯(lián)互通的建設(shè)。包括在運(yùn)輸裝備、能源、智慧城市加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化合作,促進(jìn)人員交流,以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)兼容推動(dòng)體系兼容。
[Abstract]:In my opinion, the standard Unicom "Belt and Road" should be pushed forward from the following aspects: first, the docking at the strategic level. Our strategy should be aligned with the strategies of some countries, including those of developed countries. In particular, the strategy of countries along the route of "Belt and Road" should be linked up. Second, to promote cooperation in infrastructure standards and support the construction of interconnection. These include strengthening standardization cooperation in transportation equipment, energy, and intelligent cities, and promoting personnel exchanges. Promote system compatibility by standard compatibility.
