【摘要】：基于蘭州市923位農(nóng)民工的調(diào)研資料,本文著重考察了基于"信任—分享"視角下的社會(huì)資本對(duì)外地和本地農(nóng)民工就業(yè)影響差異——是競爭性關(guān)系還是互助性關(guān)系?研究結(jié)果表明,運(yùn)用自己的社會(huì)資本在"關(guān)系構(gòu)建—建立信任—實(shí)現(xiàn)合作—資源共享"這一收入路徑中,外地農(nóng)民工與本地農(nóng)民工在當(dāng)?shù)貏趧?dòng)力市場中的就業(yè)關(guān)系存在差異性,其三種表現(xiàn)為一是外地與本地農(nóng)民工之間存在直接競爭性就業(yè)關(guān)系;二是外地農(nóng)民工之間存在間接競爭性就業(yè)關(guān)系,即基于"信任—分享"視角下的個(gè)體社會(huì)資本對(duì)其他個(gè)體收入表現(xiàn)出負(fù)向沖擊作用;三是本地農(nóng)民工之間呈現(xiàn)互助性就業(yè)關(guān)系,即基于"信任—分享"視角下的個(gè)體社會(huì)資本對(duì)其他個(gè)體收入增長具有促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Based on the survey data of 923 migrant workers in Lanzhou City, this paper focuses on the difference of social capital's influence on the employment of migrant workers from the perspective of "trust and sharing"-is it a competitive relationship or a mutual relationship? The results show that there are differences in the employment relationship between migrant workers and local migrant workers in the local labor market in the income path of "relationship building, trust building, cooperation and resource sharing" with their own social capital. There are three kinds of relations: one is the direct competitive employment relationship between the local migrant workers and the other is the indirect competitive employment relationship between the foreign migrant workers and the local migrant workers. That is, the individual social capital based on the perspective of "trust-sharing" has a negative impact on the income of other individuals; third, there is a mutual employment relationship among local migrant workers. That is, the individual social capital based on the perspective of trust-sharing can promote the income growth of other individuals.
