【摘要】：隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,食品市場(chǎng)迅速的繁榮起來(lái)。人民群眾對(duì)食品的消費(fèi)需求日益增長(zhǎng),食品工業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大,食品工業(yè)總產(chǎn)值快速增長(zhǎng),伴之而來(lái)的,是諸多食品安全問(wèn)題。例如麥當(dāng)勞的過(guò)期“麥樂(lè)雞”、工業(yè)明膠事件等食品安全問(wèn)題不斷發(fā)生在消費(fèi)者的身邊,使消費(fèi)者對(duì)食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全產(chǎn)生了極大的不安。由此,食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全的監(jiān)管成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的焦點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。然而,造成食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的原因有很多,對(duì)于社會(huì)各個(gè)機(jī)構(gòu)、部門(mén)都應(yīng)加強(qiáng)食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全監(jiān)管力度,保證流向市場(chǎng)的食品質(zhì)量安全,預(yù)防任何食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全事件的發(fā)生;個(gè)人應(yīng)提高食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全責(zé)任意識(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)市場(chǎng)上有可疑食品應(yīng)敢于向相關(guān)食品部門(mén)舉報(bào)。因此,本文將從食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全監(jiān)管的角度,以沈陽(yáng)市F縣食品市場(chǎng)為例,探究沈陽(yáng)市F縣食品流通安全監(jiān)管的現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)而提出合理有效的建設(shè)性意見(jiàn),從而一定程度上為完善沈陽(yáng)市食品市場(chǎng)監(jiān)管制度,促進(jìn)沈陽(yáng)市食品市場(chǎng)安全,為沈陽(yáng)市食品流通環(huán)節(jié)安全的監(jiān)督管理提供有效的、合理的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of China's economy, the food market is booming rapidly. The people's demand for food is growing day by day, the food industry is growing, and the total output value of the food industry is growing rapidly. It is a lot of food safety problems. For example, McDonald's expired "McNuggets", industrial gelatin incidents and other food safety problems continue to occur to consumers, making consumers have a great deal of anxiety about the safety of food circulation. The supervision of food circulation safety has become the focus of the society today. However, there are many reasons for the safety problems in food circulation links. For all social organizations, the departments should strengthen the safety supervision of food circulation links. To ensure the quality and safety of food flowing to the market and to prevent any safety incidents in food circulation. Individuals should raise their awareness of safety responsibility in food circulation, and they should dare to report suspicious foods to the relevant food departments. From the point of view of food circulation safety supervision and taking the food market in F county of Shenyang as an example, this paper explores the present situation of food circulation safety supervision in F county of Shenyang, and then puts forward some reasonable and effective constructive suggestions. To a certain extent, it provides an effective and reasonable theoretical basis for improving the supervision system of food market in Shenyang, promoting the safety of food market in Shenyang, and providing effective and reasonable theoretical basis for the supervision and management of the safety of food circulation in Shenyang.
