【摘要】：新藥研發(fā)是一項(xiàng)涉及多領(lǐng)域、多學(xué)科的系統(tǒng)工程,具有長(zhǎng)周期、高投入、高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、高回報(bào)的特點(diǎn)。許可交易由于可以使企業(yè)直接獲得新藥研究成果,為之節(jié)省大量的時(shí)間、資金、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)成本,正越來(lái)越收到企業(yè)的重視。目前針對(duì)新藥許可交易的評(píng)價(jià)多集中于估值研究,關(guān)于立項(xiàng)階段的評(píng)價(jià)則多以自主研發(fā)這一模式為基礎(chǔ)。本文針對(duì)許可交易這一特定模式,設(shè)立了綜合考慮新藥研發(fā)特點(diǎn)與許可交易特性的指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用層次分析法進(jìn)行各層級(jí)指標(biāo)權(quán)重確認(rèn),運(yùn)用客觀定權(quán)法為群組決策中的專家意見(jiàn)進(jìn)行賦權(quán),運(yùn)用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)建立了數(shù)學(xué)模型,最終為實(shí)施新藥許可業(yè)務(wù)的企業(yè)提供了一種實(shí)用性較強(qiáng)的立項(xiàng)評(píng)價(jià)工具。本文共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。首章為緒論,簡(jiǎn)述研究背景、意義和方法及框架,并給出研究的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn);第二章分別介紹新藥研發(fā)的相關(guān)概念以及評(píng)價(jià)方法研究綜述;第三章通過(guò)對(duì)行業(yè)背景的分析,闡述了新藥研發(fā)對(duì)于中國(guó)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的意義所在,并展示了中外新藥研發(fā)的現(xiàn)狀;第四章介紹新藥研發(fā)的特點(diǎn)及途徑,詳細(xì)展示了模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)模型的構(gòu)建;第五章以K公司D項(xiàng)目的許可評(píng)價(jià)為例,進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析;第六章為小結(jié)部分,主要討論了本文的研究結(jié)論和局限性,以及未來(lái)進(jìn)一步的研究方向。
[Abstract]:New drug research and development is a multi-domain, multidisciplinary system engineering with the characteristics of long period, high investment, high risk, high return. Capital, risk costs, are getting more and more attention from enterprises. At present, most of the evaluation of new drug licensing transactions is focused on valuation research. The evaluation of the stage of project establishment is based on the model of independent R & D. In this paper, an index system considering the characteristics of new drug research and development and the characteristics of licensing transaction is set up in view of the specific model of licensing transaction. The weight of index is confirmed by AHP, the expert opinion in group decision is weighted by objective weight method, and the mathematical model is established by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, it provides a practical evaluation tool for the enterprises carrying out the new drug licensing business. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, briefly describes the research background, significance, methods and framework, and gives the innovative points of the research. The second chapter introduces the related concepts and evaluation methods of new drug research and development, the third chapter describes the significance of new drug research and development for Chinese pharmaceutical enterprises through the analysis of industry background, and shows the current situation of new drug research and development at home and abroad. Chapter 4th introduces the characteristics and approaches of new drug research and development, and demonstrates the construction of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model in detail. Chapter 5th takes the licensing evaluation of D project of K Company as an example to carry out empirical analysis. Chapter 6th is a summary. This paper mainly discusses the research conclusions and limitations, as well as the future direction of further research.
