【摘要】：進入21世紀以來,我國經濟發(fā)展水平得到飛速提升,生產過程中引發(fā)的能源安全問題,受到社會各界廣泛關注。論文在分析低碳經濟轉型現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,結合國內外研究現(xiàn)狀,構建擴展內增長模型,分析人力資本與低碳經濟轉型的關聯(lián)性。根據實證分析結果總結得出,無論是人力資本存量,還是人力資本積累,都對低碳經濟轉型具有十分重要的影響,最后根據總結得出的人力資本與低碳經濟轉型之間的關聯(lián)性,提出相應的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the level of China's economic development has been rapidly improved, and the energy security problems caused by the production process have received extensive attention from all walks of life. Based on the analysis of the status quo of low-carbon economy transformation, this paper combines the current research situation at home and abroad. Based on the empirical analysis, the author concludes that the human capital stock or human capital accumulation is not only the stock of human capital, but also the accumulation of human capital. Both have a very important impact on the transition of low-carbon economy. Finally, according to the conclusion of the relationship between human capital and low-carbon economic transformation, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
