【摘要】：正隨著當(dāng)代科技的日新月異,高新技術(shù)及其產(chǎn)業(yè)的迅猛發(fā)展,知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)制度作為保護(hù)智力勞動(dòng)成果的一項(xiàng)重要法律制度,在各國經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和科技進(jìn)步中的地位進(jìn)一步提高。改革開放以來,我國已初步建立起具有鮮明特色的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)法律體系和執(zhí)法保護(hù)體系,實(shí)行行政執(zhí)法與司法審判"兩條途徑、并行運(yùn)作"的工作體制,全社會(huì)的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)意識(shí)逐步增強(qiáng),知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)環(huán)境不斷優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the rapid development of high and new technology and their industries, the intellectual property system is an important legal system to protect the achievements of intellectual labor. Since the reform and opening up to the outside world, China has preliminarily established a legal system of intellectual property rights with distinct characteristics and a system of law enforcement and protection, implementing two ways of administrative law enforcement and judicial trial. In parallel operation, the whole society's awareness of intellectual property protection has been gradually strengthened, and the environment for intellectual property protection has been continuously optimized.
