【摘要】：財務(wù)評價是項目管理的重要內(nèi)容之一,也是項目論證與評估的重要依據(jù)。通過對項目進行財務(wù)評價,讓企業(yè)了解投資項目所需資金規(guī)模、盈利能力和償債能力,從而為投資者提供決策依據(jù),減少企業(yè)投資的風(fēng)險性和盲目性。因此,財務(wù)評價對投資者項目投資來說是非常重要的。本文以青州市生活垃圾綜合處理項目為例,將財務(wù)評價理論應(yīng)用于項目實踐,綜合考慮項目投資、成本和收益各方面因素,應(yīng)用多種評價方法,對該項目進行綜合財務(wù)評價分析。首先估算項目各項財務(wù)指標(biāo),包括項目投資估算、總成本、利潤總額等,編制各種財務(wù)報表。其次,本文根據(jù)財務(wù)報表,對項目盈利能力、償債能力和抵御風(fēng)險能力進行計算評價,得出綜合財務(wù)評價結(jié)論,為項目投資者提供依據(jù)。通過財務(wù)評價分析,本文得出結(jié)論認(rèn)為,本項目靜態(tài)和動態(tài)財務(wù)指標(biāo)良好,具有較強的盈利能力、償債能力和抵御風(fēng)險能力,在財務(wù)方面是完全可行的,值得投資者進行投資。本文希望通過對該項目的財務(wù)評價分析,為投資者投資決策提供一定參考,并為類似項目建設(shè)提供一定的借鑒和幫助。
[Abstract]:Financial evaluation is one of the important contents of project management, and it is also an important basis for project argumentation and evaluation. Through the financial evaluation of the project, enterprises can understand the scale of capital, profitability and solvency of investment projects. Thus provides the decision basis for the investor, reduces the enterprise investment the risk and the blindness. Therefore. Financial evaluation is very important to investors' project investment. This paper takes Qingzhou municipal solid waste comprehensive treatment project as an example, applies financial evaluation theory to project practice, and considers project investment comprehensively. Cost and income factors, using a variety of evaluation methods, comprehensive financial evaluation of the project analysis. First, estimate the project financial indicators, including project investment estimates, total costs, total profits, and so on. Secondly, according to the financial statements, this paper calculates and evaluates the project profitability, solvency and the ability to resist risks, and draws the conclusion of comprehensive financial evaluation. Through financial evaluation and analysis, this paper concludes that the static and dynamic financial indicators of the project are good, with strong profitability, solvency and ability to resist risks. In the financial aspect is completely feasible, is worth investors to invest. This paper hopes to provide a certain reference for investors' investment decisions through the financial evaluation and analysis of the project. And for similar projects to provide certain reference and help.
