【摘要】：針對電子商務(wù)退貨的大量產(chǎn)生,提出一種送取一體化的配送方式,第三方物流和自建物流結(jié)合的逆向物流配送策略。選址和路徑問題LRP(Location Routing Problem)成為了很多物流配送企業(yè)正在面對和急需解決的難題。為了降低配送方式成本以及提高客戶滿意度,利用改進(jìn)的遺傳算法,首先在自建物流成本中加入時間窗懲罰函數(shù),偏遠(yuǎn)地區(qū)的配送采用第三方物流配送方式,建立送取貨為一體的逆向物流選址路徑模型;然后針對問題的復(fù)雜性設(shè)計一種改進(jìn)的遺傳算法對模型進(jìn)行求解,采用時間分布思想初始化種群,引入局部搜索算法,設(shè)計自適應(yīng)的改進(jìn)遺傳算法;最后采用實驗進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,通過物流成本的降低、運行時間的減少、運行效率的提高等數(shù)據(jù)驗證了模型的可行性以及算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the large number of electronic business returns, a delivery integration distribution method is proposed. Reverse Logistics Distribution Strategy combining Third-Party Logistics and Self-built Logistics. Location and routing problem LRP(Location Routing problem. Has become a lot of logistics distribution enterprises are facing and urgent to solve the problem. In order to reduce the cost of distribution and improve customer satisfaction. By using the improved genetic algorithm, the time window penalty function is first added to the self-built logistics cost, and the distribution in remote areas adopts the third party logistics distribution mode, and the reverse logistics location path model is established. Then, an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The population is initialized by the idea of time distribution, local search algorithm is introduced, and an adaptive improved genetic algorithm is designed. Finally, the feasibility of the model and the validity of the algorithm are verified by the data of the reduction of logistics cost, the reduction of running time and the improvement of operation efficiency.
