【摘要】：基于我國2000-2014年省級面板數(shù)據(jù),對技術進步、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級與就業(yè)的關系進行理論和實證分析,引入交互項進一步說明基于技術進步的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級對就業(yè)的影響。結(jié)果表明,技術進步對就業(yè)具有明顯的抑制效應,產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級對就業(yè)具有促進效應,而基于技術進步的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級對就業(yè)具有負向影響。此外,在不同區(qū)域,技術進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構升級的就業(yè)效應也存在明顯差異。因此,在新一輪工業(yè)革命條件下,應采取相應政策措施,在追求技術進步與產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的同時,實現(xiàn)就業(yè)增長。
[Abstract]:Based on the provincial panel data from 2000 to 2014, this paper makes theoretical and empirical analysis on the relationship among technological progress, industrial structure upgrading and employment. The introduction of interactive terms further explains the impact of industrial structure upgrading based on technological progress on employment. The results show that technological progress has a significant inhibitory effect on employment and industrial structure upgrading has a promoting effect on employment. The industrial structure upgrading based on technological progress has a negative impact on employment. In addition, in different regions, there are obvious differences between the employment effects of technological progress and industrial structure upgrading. Under the condition of the new industrial revolution, the corresponding policies and measures should be taken to achieve employment growth while pursuing technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrading.
