【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,使人才成為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的核心,那么企業(yè)真正需要關(guān)心的不僅僅是改善管理經(jīng)營(yíng)模式來(lái)提高企業(yè)效益,也必須重視如何從社會(huì)上吸引優(yōu)秀人才來(lái)增強(qiáng)企業(yè)實(shí)力。而物業(yè)管理行業(yè)是我國(guó)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)新興的服務(wù)行業(yè),受其服務(wù)行業(yè)性質(zhì)的影響,物業(yè)管理行業(yè)在快速發(fā)展的同時(shí),也面臨著員工流動(dòng)率較高的問(wèn)題,物業(yè)管理企業(yè)的人員流失已經(jīng)嚴(yán)重影響了物業(yè)管理行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展,已經(jīng)成為阻礙企業(yè)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要因素,解決人才流失問(wèn)題已是物業(yè)服務(wù)企業(yè)急需解決的一個(gè)難題。本文以YTH物業(yè)公司為研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)資料的整理及歸納,對(duì)企業(yè)人員流失的相關(guān)理論及人力資源管理進(jìn)行了回顧。在充分的理論研究基礎(chǔ)上,以YTH物業(yè)公司人員流失現(xiàn)狀入手,結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)員工流失的研究現(xiàn)狀,采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)建立YTH物業(yè)公司員工流失行為影響因素研究模型,從而設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)YTH物業(yè)公司員工流失問(wèn)題的調(diào)查問(wèn)卷內(nèi)容,對(duì)調(diào)查問(wèn)卷收集的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,從個(gè)體因素、企業(yè)因素、行業(yè)因素和地域因素分析其YTH物業(yè)公司員工流失原因。有針對(duì)性的提出從建立客觀實(shí)用的績(jī)效管理系統(tǒng)、制定合理有效的招聘機(jī)制、支付有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的薪酬、幫助員工建立職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃、塑造優(yōu)秀的公司文化等五方面解決YTH物業(yè)公司員工流失的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。希望通過(guò)本文,可以對(duì)物業(yè)管理企業(yè)在控制人員流失方面提供一定的啟示,幫助企業(yè)建立合理有效的人力資源管理制度。從而激發(fā)企業(yè)員工工作的積極性、主動(dòng)性,提高員工工作滿(mǎn)意度,以達(dá)到控制企業(yè)員工流失的目的。這對(duì)于YTH等服務(wù)類(lèi)物業(yè)行業(yè)的人力資源管理工作及提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效益具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid development of social economy, talents become the core of competition, so enterprises really need to pay more attention not only to improve the management mode to improve the efficiency of enterprises. We must also pay attention to how to attract talents from the society to enhance the strength of enterprises. Property management industry is a new service industry since the reform and opening up in China, which is affected by the nature of the service industry. Property management industry in the rapid development, but also facing the problem of high turnover of staff, property management enterprises have seriously affected the healthy development of the property management industry. Has become an important factor hindering the development of enterprises, to solve the problem of brain drain has become a problem urgently needed to be solved by property service enterprises. This paper takes YTH property company as the research object. Through the collation and induction of related information, the related theory and human resource management of the loss of enterprise personnel are reviewed. On the basis of full theoretical research, the current situation of staff loss in YTH property company is introduced. Combined with the domestic and foreign scholars on the status quo of staff turnover, using questionnaire and statistical analysis method to analyze, through the establishment of YTH property company employee loss behavior factors research model. In order to design the YTH property company staff turnover questionnaire content, the questionnaire data collected by statistical analysis, from the individual factors, enterprise factors. Industry factors and regional factors to analyze the reasons for staff turnover in YTH property companies. Pertinently put forward from the establishment of an objective and practical performance management system, develop a reasonable and effective recruitment mechanism, pay competitive compensation. Help employees to establish career planning, shape excellent corporate culture and other five aspects to solve the loss of staff in YTH property company corresponding countermeasures. Hope through this article. It can provide some enlightenment to property management enterprises in controlling the loss of personnel, help enterprises to establish a reasonable and effective human resources management system, and thus stimulate the enthusiasm and initiative of employees. It is of great practical significance to improve the job satisfaction of employees in order to control the turnover of employees, which is of great practical significance to the human resource management of service property industry such as YTH, and to the improvement of the production efficiency of enterprises.
