【摘要】：本文主要圍繞我國(guó)實(shí)行最低工資保障制度中存在的問(wèn)題,如人為影響了勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)的價(jià)格指導(dǎo)信號(hào);容易理解成泛平均主義;使低收入員工之間的績(jī)效考核、激利獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)失去意義;普遍低于各地維持生存生活的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等,針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策,有利于最低工資保障制度問(wèn)題的解決。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the problems existing in the implementation of the minimum wage guarantee system in China, such as the artificial influence of the labor market price guidance signal; Easy to understand as pan-egalitarianism; Make the performance appraisal between the low income employee, the incentive profit reward loses the significance; It is generally lower than the standard of living and living in various places, and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to solve the problem of minimum wage guarantee system.
