【摘要】:交通是影響城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素,高鐵作為一種新型交通工具必將對城市產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響。修正市場潛力模型分析高鐵對中國城市產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。結(jié)果表明:(1)總體上,高鐵提升了城市服務(wù)業(yè)的比重,降低了城市制造業(yè)的比重;制造業(yè)型城市和服務(wù)業(yè)型城市的服務(wù)業(yè)比重都得到提升,制造業(yè)比重都下降;從單個(gè)城市來看,高鐵提升了大多數(shù)制造業(yè)型城市和大多數(shù)服務(wù)業(yè)型城市服務(wù)業(yè)的比重。(2)對于制造業(yè)型城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級,高鐵主要促進(jìn)該類城市一般服務(wù)業(yè)比重的提升;對于服務(wù)業(yè)型城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)化,高鐵主要促進(jìn)這些城市高端服務(wù)業(yè)比重的提升。(3)高鐵的開通增強(qiáng)了中心城市的溢出效應(yīng),促進(jìn)了中心城市及其周邊城市的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級。
[Abstract]:Traffic is an important factor affecting the development of urban industry. As a new type of means of transportation, high-speed rail will have an impact on the development of urban industries. The revised market potential model is used to analyze the impact of high-speed rail on the industrial structure of Chinese cities. The results show that: 1) on the whole. High-speed rail increases the proportion of urban service industry and reduces the proportion of urban manufacturing industry. The proportion of service industry in manufacturing city and service city has been increased, and the proportion of manufacturing industry has decreased. From a single city, high-speed rail increases the proportion of most manufacturing cities and most service-oriented cities.) the industrial structure of manufacturing cities is upgraded. High-speed rail mainly promotes the proportion of general service industry in this kind of cities. For the industrial structure of service-oriented cities, high-speed rail mainly promotes the proportion of high-end service industries in these cities. The opening of high-speed rail enhances the spillover effect of central cities. Promote the upgrading of the industrial structure of the central city and its surrounding cities.
