【摘要】：新生代農(nóng)民工已成為中國(guó)制造業(yè)、服務(wù)業(yè)的主要?jiǎng)趧?dòng)力供給,但該群體健康問(wèn)題未能得到應(yīng)有的關(guān)注,其所引致的勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)負(fù)面效應(yīng)日趨顯著。文章以農(nóng)民工工資收入和工作時(shí)間作為勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)的代理變量,在控制其他非健康變量的情況下,實(shí)證分析健康對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)的影響,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)居住條件、體育鍛煉、四周患病率和自評(píng)健康等健康變量對(duì)新生代農(nóng)民工勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)有顯著影響。因此,改善新生代農(nóng)民工醫(yī)療資源配置,完善醫(yī)療保障制度,提高新生代農(nóng)民工健康意識(shí),已成為改善其勞動(dòng)力供給質(zhì)量的重要途徑。
[Abstract]:The new generation of migrant workers has become the main labor supply in China's manufacturing and service industries, but the health of this group has not received due attention. The negative effects of the labor market are becoming more and more obvious. This paper takes migrant workers' wages and working hours as the proxy variables of labor market performance under the control of other unhealthy variables. Empirical analysis of the impact of health on the labor market performance of the new generation of migrant workers, the study found living conditions, physical exercise. Health variables such as four-week prevalence and self-assessment of health have a significant impact on the labor market performance of the new generation of migrant workers. Therefore, improve the allocation of medical resources of the new generation of migrant workers, improve the medical security system. Improving the health awareness of the new generation of migrant workers has become an important way to improve the quality of labor supply.
