【摘要】：保障性住房是指政府在對(duì)中低收入家庭實(shí)行分類保障過程中所提供的限定供應(yīng)對(duì)象、建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、銷售價(jià)格或租金標(biāo)準(zhǔn),具有社會(huì)保障性質(zhì)的住房,是與商品性住房相對(duì)應(yīng)的一個(gè)概念。
[Abstract]:The affordable housing refers to the definition of supply objects , construction standards , sales prices or rent standards provided by the government in the process of classifying and guaranteeing low - income families , and the housing with social security properties is a concept corresponding to commercial housing .
