【摘要】：保障性住房是指政府在對中低收入家庭實行分類保障過程中所提供的限定供應(yīng)對象、建設(shè)標準、銷售價格或租金標準,具有社會保障性質(zhì)的住房,是與商品性住房相對應(yīng)的一個概念。
